Would appreciate a few good vibes sent in the direction of Ghost's father. He's just found out he is seriously ill. There is only one thing worse than being seriously ill and far away from home, and that's being far away from someone you love who is seriously ill. So some vibes for my boy would be appreciated too.
On a much lighter note, I feel it's only fair to say...

| ladymisstee is a radioactive squirrel!! |
Which would explain an awful lot.
Monkey Business
Heavens, has it been that long since I last updated? Well, I've lost just over a staggering 9
since then, despite my best attempts to lure them back on with creme caramel tart and the like. And if those cheeky boys at RMIT don't stop twisting my arm to have a beer with them, the little buggers (the
, not the cheeky RMIT boys) will be climbing back on soon!
What's all this monkey business about, then?
eeps! sorry to hear that. lots of hugs and good vibes to you, Ghost and Ghost's dad. you are all in my thoughts. *hugsandgoodvibesinabundance* :)
Oh, dear. Yes, definite positive vibes to Ghost's pop. Vibes, beams, and BISSes to boot. Yes, I'm pulling out the heavy artillery here.
And, um, "ladymisstee"? What happened to the 'r'? ;-)
Sending Ghost's dad healing vibes and lots of love to Ghost.
Tons, upon tons of healing vibes sent off down South and across the sea. Hugs to both of you!!!!
I'm so sorry. I know from just having my parents 2000 miles away how hard it can be to feel helpless. But I'm sure that however he manages to stay in touch--cards, calls, emails, etc--will matter a lot to his dad.
Hugs and beams galore to them both (and to you).
Good thoughts to Ghost and his father. I'm dealing with a smaller scale version of the same situation with my mother and
I know how hard it is to be a distance away when a parent is seriously ill.
All you can do is keep in touch and hope.
And I'm hoping for the best for Ghost's father.
Here are some more good vibes for Ghost's father.
I've been there too, and getting second-hand (or even first-hand) reports is always hard when you'd really rather be there yourself.
Best to you and Ghost and Ghost's dad.
My dad went through something similar when his dad was sick, and it was tought on him to not be able to be there. BISSes and good thoughts going out to Ghost and Papa Ghost.
Ghost's father will get better... because I said so! Hugs to you both. And well done with the monkeys. And the RMIT boys. :)
Warm vibes to Ghost, (who I do not know but would like to meet)
Okay, so I promise to growl sternly at any monkeys that lurk in dark corners (especially pubby ones), and not dangle beer offers too frequently in front of you. Welcome to RMIT mistree; we love having you on board!
