OK, so today didn't start off too crash hot. Discovering tiny beetles re-enacting key scenes from Esther Williams' movies in your cereal AFTER you've taken several bites is not a healthy and nutritious start to the day. Unless, of course, you are looking for a protein heavy breakfast or you fancy incredibly small drumsticks.
Anyhoo, once I had gargled with several gallons of bleach and made noises closely approximating that of an asthmatic cat with a hairball, I made an incredible discovery.
Not only is The Tea Party touring, they are doing a lunch time acoustic gig with signing at a music store only a block and a half from my office. Without pointing out just what I will go through to see these guys play (here, here and here), eating bugs is small potatoes. This is the sort of news that makes me run around in little circles making incredibly high-pitched noises.
Excuse me, I'm going to go berserk with glee now.
Bugs are good for you! Mmmmmmm! I have a friend who is absolutely bonkers for the Tea Party, so I'll have to check those tour dates for her. As for the once in a while impossible post I make, it was an experiment I wanted to try, where I keep a journal of things that don't happen to me daily. This one and the momentary loss of gravity one are just web versions of that. I'm really not on anything. Well, not anything that would be as fun as that.
Very cute. Do they sing as good as they look? :P

EWWWWWWWWWWWWW I'm making those noises for you now! OMG! Shiver! GAG!
