Oh boy, it's that time of year again. Yes, that time of year when my clients demonstrate that they are clearly too stupid to live and should be voted off the island.

Try this on for size.

You are the project manager of Project A. You are running Project A in tandem with Project B. You are working with the project manager of Project B to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Both Project A & B will require focus groups. We all get together and plan these out, and organise the focus groups for Project A one week and Project B the following week.

Just before you go on holidays, you decide, randomly, to reschedule the focus groups for Project A in the same week as Project B (all to be run by one person, but you're sure they can be cloned or something).

You go on holidays.

You neglect to tell the consultant organising the focus groups (me) that you have made this change.

You come back a week later and wonder why your focus groups have been arranged for the wrong days. At no point does it occur to you that one person cannot run focus groups for two different projects at the same time.

I swear, these people could not get a clue during the clue mating season in a field full of horny clues if they smeared their bodies with clue musk and did the clue mating dance.
