Ahh, you've my sympathy... If you loo very closely at my "hobbies" section on Xanga, you'll see, buried amongst the rest of the miscellany, the word "jogging." Although I haven't run for months, I keep it there as a mark of shame. Fair play to you for getting a routine and sticking with it, even if I find your musical accompaniment rather curious.
I was on the "graduality plan" of 5-minute increments, which meant that each week (running M-F, with the week-end off), I would increase my run time by 5 minutes. Piddling when you start at 15, but it gets to be pretty impressive once you're running for an hour. My pitfall is if I break the routine, even once, it's all downhill from there...
